CPR TRAINING

Cardiac arrest can happen anywhere, to anyone, and the first few minutes decide everything. When the heart stops, brain damage begins in 4 to 6 minutes, and first responders often can't arrive that fast. Immediate chest compressions keep blood and oxygen moving until help gets there, can double or triple a person's chance of survival.  You don't need to be a doctor to make that difference  It's a simple skill that turns any bystander into a lifeline.
